**About the Opportunity**:
As a Fees officer, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and ensure accuracy and compliance in managing students’ course fees. You will be reporting to the Manager, Student Financials and Scholarships.

**About the Role**:
As the Fee Officer you will:

- Maintain and disseminate student fee information to students, sponsors, and staff so that all relevant people are aware of the University’s procedures and their obligations
- Ensure that students are informed of their fee liabilities, currently through generating invoices and notices, as well as ensuring that refunds are processed, recorded and administered in accordance with the University policy.

**About You**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Fees Officer with expertise in enrolments and fees, systems, and processes.

- Are a team player
- Have experience in Higher Education and Tafe sector administrative processes
- Have Student Fees and Enrolments knowledge (domestic and International)
- Have HESA and ESOS legislation knowledgeHave proficiency in all aspects of Word processing and EXCEL,
