**Your New Role**

As a **Personal Care Assistant (PCA) **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options - **Campbell Place Aged Care, Glen Waverley OR Victoria Grange, Vermont South**

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

Does this sound like you?
- **Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged care or 1st year of a Nursing qualification completed (Essential)**:

- **We have Morning, Afternoon and Night Shifts available across a seven-day roster**:

- **Previous PCA experience in Aged Care**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car an advantage
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 and Influenza

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour
