**Personal Care Assistant PCA - City of Monash & City of Whitehorse**

**Hiring for Specific Clients with regular long visits: - Examples: -**

**1. Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm Visits - Young female client with Epilepsy in Donvale**

**2. 7 days 24 hours visits (8 hours per visit) - High Care female client in Oakleigh (Peg feeding & Tracheotomy experienced preferred) - Traning provided.**

**3. 7 days roster multiple visits each day (3 hour per visit) - High Care Male client in Noble park **(Peg feeding & Tracheotomy experienced preferred) - Traning provided.**

**4. 7 days roster - 8:30 am to 6:00 pm visits (split into 2 visits per day) - Male client in Noble park.**

**5. Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm visits - female client recovering from stroke in Noble park**

- A combination of 2hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, 10hr, and 12hr client visits
- A combination of day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend visits

**You say YES to all of the following;**
- I want to work in MONASH & WHITEHORSE LOCATIONS as this is close to my home and the travel will suit me
- I have the right to work in Australia
- I have a minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) *Well done, you or APRHA registration for nursing staff
- I have a National Police Check (Unsupervised)
- I have a Working with Children's Check
- I will travel independently and reliably to client’s visits
- I have excellent communication skills
- I have (or will) complete of NDIS training module (which can be completed post-interview)
- I have (or will) complete the NDIS Worker Screening clearance

We are looking to build our care team with various experienced careers who can work from 10 to 40 hours per week.
