**Hiring for Specific Clients with regular long visits:

- Examples: -**
- **24/7 Client - Expressions of Interest 3 visits a day 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am - Male client with**:

- **Monday to Sunday - Multiple Visits (AM 7am to 10am; PM 8pm to 10:30pm) Female para client.**:

- **7 days roster - 8 Hour visits (24/7) client - Female high care client experience with Tracheostomy and or peg feeding is must.**:

- **Monday to Sunday - Multiple 3 hours visits (AM 8am to 11am, Afternoon 12pm to 3pm, PM 5:30pm to 8:30pm) Male client in Noble Park, Tracheostomy and or peg feeding experience is preferred.**

- A combination of 2hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, 10hr, and 12hr client visits

- I want to work in MONASH & WHITEHORSE LOCATIONS as this is close to my home and the travel will suit me
- I have the right to work in Australia
- I have a minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) *Well done, you or APRHA registration for nursing staff
- I have a National Police Check (Unsupervised)
- I have a Working with Children's Check
- I will travel independently and reliably to client’s visits
- I have excellent communication skills
- I have (or will) complete of NDIS training module (which can be completed post-interview)
- I have (or will) complete the NDIS Worker Screening clearance

We are looking to build our care team with various experienced careers who can work from 10 to 40 hours per week.

We service - the City of Whitehorse, City of Monash

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
