About the role
The People and Culture (P&C) Analyst plays a key role in the team delivering support and advice to the broader P&C Team and Business Managers related to management of the Organisation Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits, Reporting and Analysis to improve current processes and data integrity in systems. This role is critical for the P&C function as the deliverables drive employee engagement through people management processes
Key Deliverables
- Deliver Organisation Design in through coaching and advising People Partners and the business in translating requirements into our P&C Information system
- Strong focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within P&C processes, SAP and their connections to downstream technologies and processes. Work with People Partners, P&C Admin, Payroll and Remuneration, Benefits & Reporting Specialist to resolve challenges, pain points and find opportunities related to process and data. Support the People Services Lead in any project work to enable transformation of business process.
- Support the Remuneration Review and Incentive plan payments process annually.
- Support the design and delivery of P&C Analytics for the P&C Community and the business including ensuring data is maintained and up to date for reporting and P&C Metrics purposes.
- Ensure the integrity of the data to defined standards to ensure quality in the work.
- Perform regular audits on SAP Org Structure information and work with P&C community and business to revise as required.
- Generate documentation and support process with/from People Partners, i.e. build mass change templates to enable easy communication of changes to be maintained accurately.
- Coordinate approvals and generation of changes needed with P&C Community and the Business.
- Coordinate and deliver other ad-hoc P&C tasks or contribute to projects as required.

About you
- Degree qualifications in HR or related and looking to achieve a career in P&C. This role is the perfect entry level position to develop P&C technical capability in a practical business environment to further a career in P&C.
- 2+ years previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- You must be able to deal with ambiguity, and can-do attitude to use your initiative, challenge the status quo, with a process \improvement mindset. Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
- Strong attention to detail, with key focus on right first-time mentality.
- Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Have a passion for working with data to enable business results and maintaining data integrity
