ACH Group are looking for a Casual Catering Assistant, to join our large-scale Central Kitchen at Holden Hill.
**What you’ll do**:
In the central kitchen, you will support the preparation of meals at the modern cook-chill food production kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Chefs with meal preparation and distribution.
- Ensuring meticulous documentation.
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Operating industrial dish washers to ensure equipment cleanliness.
- Provide support for various other kitchen tasks and duties.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in meal preparation and food handling.
- Experience working within a production kitchen environment (desirable).
- An understanding of dietary requirements of older people.
- Strong communication/documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups, no less than 12 months old upon commencement.

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax.
