**Position Summary**:
The hours will mostly be between Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, with additional hours available on certain nights and weekends. Immediate start.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Prep & Kitchen Assistance**
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

**Event Setup & Service**
- Assist with setting up events
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring top-notch customer service
- Replenish food items and maintain cleanliness during service

**Pack Down & Clean Up**
- Pack down events
- Clean kitchen, service, and prep areas according to health and safety standards
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed

**Logistics & Support**
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles for off-site events
- Transport food, equipment, and supplies between locations (if licensed)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or events (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Physical stamina - able to lift, stand, and move for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

**Desirable**:

- Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), if serving alcohol
- Valid driver’s license (optional but a bonus)
