Collar Group are looking for a Catering Assistant for one of our client's aged care facilities in the Hills District. You will be joining a small, close-knit team at this 60 bed facility.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for:

- Assisting with food preparation
- Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
- Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
- Assisting the broader team as required
- Prepare and present texture modified foods

**About You**:

- Australian Citizen or Resident with full work rights
- NSW Drivers licence (recommended)
- Previous experience assisting in kitchens, food prep and/or customer service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Pride in personal appearance and hygiene
