**Job Purpose**

We currently have an opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic, motivated, and organised team player to join our City View Café team on a full time basis.

We are looking for someone with a great personality and who has the confidence to assist in the smooth day to day operation of the Café, capacity to engage with our valued customers, and be able to provide exceptional, professional and friendly service.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for coffee and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Our City View Café is busy, fast paced environment open daily 7-3pm and is also open on major event days for pre-event dining.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Hospitality Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for leading a highly motivated and friendly team delivering exceptional customer service to all our guests and ensure that our service standards are met.

Your focus will be:_**
- Supervision of the daily operations of a fast-paced Café
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Serve as an outstanding role model for your team
- Delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction
- Providing on-going team training and support
- Fostering a collaborative and positive team atmosphere
- Consistently setting the standard in providing a ‘Fans First’ experience

**_Experience and Desirable Skills:_**
- Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing and flavour profiles
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Minimum 12 months supervisory or team leader experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
- Approved Manager Card
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Barista certificate and/or experience
