We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced **Medical Receptionist** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general reception duties including answering phone calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
- Manage administrative tasks and general office duties.
- Liaise professionally with other medical practitioners and health professionals.

- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience using **Best Practice** or similar medical software is highly regarded, but not essential.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
