Outbound Client Services Consultant
What are we looking for?
**No legal experience required** **| Job security and flexibility | Casual / Contract / Permanent part time opportunities (no weekends) | choose your hours and days of work**
Working within our Client Care team you are the first person that a client talks with on their legal journey. That’s why it’s so important that our teams are great listeners, strong communicators and above all empathetic and caring - ensuring that we create an emotional connection that is beyond the first call.
If you are someone who loves customer service and the opportunity to work in an outbound contact centre environment, then this role could be for you.
What will you bring?
No legal experience is necessary. Full training and development will be provided (3-4-week onsite training component is required). No weekend working.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Great customer service skills (through experience working in retail, childcare or hospitality)
- Tech savvy, and someone that can use multiple computer systems at the one time, whilst recording information when speaking with a client
- Outbound calling experience (highly desirable)
- An excellent communicator and listener
- A creative thinker who enjoys problem solving
- Resilient and comfortable with the pressures of a busy outbound call centre environment
- Someone who loves a challenge and motivated by individual and team goals
- Working in a fun, positive team environment
