Rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a global retail and beauty brand here in Perth
My client is seeking a professional and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist with experience in digital and traditional campaigns, ad performance tracking and optimisation.

Their brand has stockists across a range of retailers in-store and online including Sephora, Myer & Urban Outfitters. They also have celebrity and influencer support from the likes of The Kardashians & Hailey Bieber

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Launch, manage and optimise SEM, Meta, Tik Tok & Pinterest campaigns.
- Perform daily optimisation tasks for which includes but not limited to creating new campaigns, keyword research and expansion, bid optimisations, budget management, audience segment optimisation, and ad copy optimisation.
- Regularly conduct and keep record of conversion optimisation tests (A/B, split testing, etc) and learnings each month to continually improve ad performance.
- Work with the design to team to get best practise creative & content to improve ROAS.
- Use data and analytics (sales, performance, Google Analytics etc) to effectively determine opportunities for growth and conversion rate optimisation to achieve maximum ROAS.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Must have minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment.
- Ability to think on your feet and be a confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven success in PPC/SEM & paid media campaign management.
- Experience utilising Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
- Experimental and data driven mindset.
- Experience with SEO would also be beneficial.
- Relevant university degree or certifications.
