We are seeking a Digital Advertising Project Manager to lead our talented team in delivering outcomes using an agile project management framework.

About the Role

">

The successful candidate will work closely with various internal departments, including R&D, Product Management, Customer Program Delivery, Advertising Operations & Sales, and Finance to ensure the system integration and rollout of our end-to-end solution is managed using Agile method and strictly monitored through Sprint planning.

Key Responsibilities Include:

">
  1. ">
  2. Monitor Sprint execution and close tracking of Epics/issues for multiple sub-projects and releases on a daily basis to ensure they are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.">
  3. Work with internal users to manage system changes and review business processes.">
  4. Cross-functional collaboration and coaching of teams to deliver on roadmap and customer commitments.">
  5. Facilitate the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.">
  6. Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that may prevent the team from achieving its goals.">
  7. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of software releases.">
  8. Track and report on key metrics, including sprint progress, velocity, and team performance.">
  9. Achieve portfolio management accuracy in our project/platform Zenhub/Github and propagate through our organization.">

About You

">

The ideal candidate should have +5 years working experience as a Scrum Master, excellent knowledge of digital advertising and Android TV ecosystem, previous integration experience within Provisioning and Billing systems, and skilled people leadership abilities.
