We are looking for Aseptic Filling Operator to join our Filling Team at Broadmeadows site on permanent basis. You will be responsible for aseptically dispensing a range of therapeutic plasma products.

You will be working on a night shift (20:00 - 5:43) from Monday to Saturday 8 days in a fortnight.

NOTE - Multiple positions available (permanent).

Your Role

Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Area Manager, Filling, you will:

- Operate and maintain automatic bottle washing, sterilising, and dispensing equipment.
- Prepare and sterilise equipment and materials for aseptic dispensing.
- Conduct filter integrity testing and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and CSL’s quality policies.
- Complete batch documentation accurately and timely.
- Support process development, innovation, and troubleshooting within the manufacturing plant.
- Maintain a clean and orderly manufacturing facility.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or allied industry.
- Technical skills in manufacturing and quality processes.
- Knowledge of cGMP and plasma fractionation.
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
- Preferred tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience (minimum of VCE qualification).
