**About our Opportunity**

Are you a driven sales hunter ready to represent a leader in the building products industry? Trend Windows and Doors QLD is seeking a Residential Account Manager to develop new business opportunities with architects, homeowners, and builders across North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. You’ll be on the road, strategically canvassing for new business and supported by a dedicated internal sales team. Your focus will be on exceeding sales targets through diligent planning, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
- Achieve agreed sales and margin budgets across all market segments utilising available tools and developing sales tactics for your territory.
- Exceed customer expectations while operating within relevant pricing policies.
- Interpret technical design plans and prepare quotations, presentations, and orders.
- Prepare and submit selling activity reports.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Actively participate in business improvement and training projects within the sales team.

**About You**

We’re looking for a results-focused, self-motivated sales professional with a strong service ethos and a passion for the building industry. You thrive on managing your own schedule, proactively finding and developing new business, and building positive relationships. Your technical aptitude enables you to understand our products and interpret building codes and regulations, including Australian Standards.

You’ll Bring:

- Experience in the building industry (windows and doors knowledge highly advantageous)
- Proven solutions selling capability and consultative selling skills
- Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to interpret technical plans and present solutions
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
