Weir Minerals Australia Ltd. We currently have a vacancy for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Quality Team in Artarmon 2064 NSW.
- The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)_
- Manage the internal compliance audit program including developing the schedule, managing and training internal auditors and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Guide and support development and maintenance of Corporate and functional risk registers (including OHSE based risks) and compliance framework
- Coordinate, deliver, implement and monitor Quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Develop internal audit schedules around critical corporate, OHSE, functional and supplier-based risks
- Weekly Report & Monthly Reporting such as Cost Reports & Delivery Reports
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- A 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary Qualifications will be highly regarded, but non-essential
- Previous experience within an OEM Engineering company will be highly regarded.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be proactive, confident and self-motivated.
- Understanding ISO9001 and 450001
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Sharepoint
- Excellent problem solving and planning abilities.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis Investigations will be highly regarded, but non-essential
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, particularly with excel for reporting
