Weir Minerals Australia Ltd. (WMA), a division of the Weir Group PLC, is a global market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of slurry pumps and mineral processing equipment to the mining industry, both within Australia and throughout the world. Weir focuses on delivering exceptionally performing products and services to meet the demands of three high-growth industry sectors around the world: Minerals, Oil & Gas, and Flow Control.

We currently have a vacancy for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Quality Team in Artarmon 2064 NSW.
- The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)_
- Manage the internal compliance audit program including developing the schedule, managing and training internal auditors and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Guide and support development and maintenance of Corporate and functional risk registers (including OHSE based risks) and compliance framework
- Coordinate, deliver, implement and monitor Quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Develop internal audit schedules around critical corporate, OHSE, functional and supplier-based risks
- Weekly Report & Monthly Reporting such as Cost Reports & Delivery Reports
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- A 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary Qualifications will be highly regarded, but non-essential
- Previous experience within an OEM Engineering company will be highly regarded.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be proactive, confident and self-motivated.
- Understanding ISO9001 and 450001
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Sharepoint
- Excellent problem solving and planning abilities.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis Investigations will be highly regarded, but non-essential
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, particularly with excel for reporting
