The Sales Development Representative will focus on supporting the

sales team in customer acquisition and retention, as well as in navigating the

sales engagement process with both new and existing customers. This is an

internal sales role for a thoughtful, energetic, highly organised, administration focused, motivated, well-spoken and eager individual looking to start in and grow their sales

career at a company transforming healthcare on a global scale by providing

innovative software and service solutions to healthcare organisations

(hospitals, health systems, ambulatory clinics/practices).

The successful incumbent is expected to have the following knowledge experience and skills:

- 2+ years of related work experience (including associated internships)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Technical Sales Aptitude,
- Interest in healthcare, and established network in the healthcare space will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential and existing customers
- Tenacious, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with working in a team environment with each member performing different functions
- Ability to work under pressure in time sensitive sales situations
- Possesses an energetic, engaging, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to contribute with new sales, clients, and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when engaging the next potential client
- Strong tactical and strategic situational awareness along with emotional intelligence
- Basic understanding of sales and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in the region
- Strong desire for a long-term career in complex mission critical enterprise solutions and services sales.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
