**About the role**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team. This entry level role is ideal for those looking to start a career in early childhood education. You will:

- Assist qualified educators in delivering high quality programs across all age groups.
- Support daily care routines, including supervising children, serving meals, and supporting the implementation of the educational program.
- Help set up and pack away learning materials and resources.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining practical experience.

**What we are looking for**
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

- Reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
