Who you are

You are passionate about range and supply availability outcomes for our retail business. You work with customer insights and trend and can think and act differently when it comes to optimal replenishment of all our IKEA units, Stores and DC/CDC. Your strengths lie in analytical ability that is required in forecasting, demand and supply planning and you have the ability to engage many stakeholders, communicate with clarity and collaborate to optimise supply and availability outcomes for a seamless customer shopping experience.

You will have previous leadership experience you can draw from, to be able to turn challenges into opportunities. You actively share your knowledge to build competence of others and to improve overall capability and effectiveness of the teams you work within and with.

**Responsibilities**:
As Replenishment Supply Specialist your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Responsible for forecast alignment to sales trend and expectations by highlighting exceptions and securing that corrective actions are taken with local selling partners.
- Securing the best availability for the furnishing areas your responsible for by working with global IKEA supply chain partners to secure and understand the right preconditions for supply.
- Contribute to the country and store commercial teams activities and launch plans by securing and providing availability outlook information.
- Responsible that fulfilment unit’s build-up the needed stock prior to peak sales periods, supply constraint periods and assessing further supply chain imbalances in order to ensure full availability

Customer fulfilment is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing a reality. We act as a fully integrated organisation working with all store units and customer touch points, sharing a focus on providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality and availability for our many customers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a temporary, full time contract available for 12 months. The preferred location for the role is Service Office Sydney however remote work from any IKEA AU location will be considered.
