**The Role**

We are seeking experienced **Casual Retail Event Security Officers**to join our team for a luxury retail event running across April and May in the Sydney CBD. This short-term opportunity offers the chance to work in a high-end environment, providing**asset protection while engaging with the public.

This role operates on a **4x4 rotating roster over Monday - Saturday**, with shifts running from **6:00 AM to 6:00 PM**.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:
**Licenses & Certifications**:

- Valid NSW Security Licence - 1A (or E for Control Room) Classification (required)
- Experience in CCTV monitoring or control room operations (Required for CCTV role)
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications (required)
- Certificate II in Security Operations (preferred)
- Police Check (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong observational and situational awareness skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Prior experience in asset protection or retail security (highly regarded)
