Bindaree Food Group (BFG) is a vertically integrated supply chain business delivering global meat solutions both domestically and internationally and has solidified its position as a prominent leader in the Australian meat industry.

Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager - Sales, we are looking for a **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). As part of our Sales Department, you will play a key role in supporting our international operations, particularly between **Australia and China**. Your responsibilities will include **order processing, stakeholder management, and marketing support**—helping us strengthen our presence in the Chinese market.

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time (25 hours per week).
- Ideally, **3:00 PM - 8:00 PM** to align with the time difference between Australia and China.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and efficient **data entry**—processing orders into our system.
- Provide **customer service** support and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with **Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) in China** on basic marketing and event coordination.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure **attention to detail and accuracy** in order processing and documentation.

- **Meat industry knowledge** (preferred).
- Strong **numerical ability** and **attention to detail.**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin** (written & verbal).
- High proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Ability to **multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.**:

- Excellent **customer service and relationship management skills.**
