We currently have a brand new opportunity for a Registered Psychologist to join our Disability Employment Services team. Working in partnership with key stakeholders, this role capitalise on your influencing skills and building our internal allied health services offering.

**Job Description**:
Psychologists have a diverse role, offering opportunity to assist clients who have complex barriers to employment by conducting assessments, undertaking a variety of therapeutic interventions, facilitating groups, and providing recommendations to appropriate vocational and non-vocational services.

Key duties of the role will include:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients with a range of disability and barriers to employment;
- Provide training and guidance to atWork staff on psychological services and procedures
- Provide evaluations on assessments and monitor the progression of cases;
- Offer counselling intervention as needed, utilising various psychological methodologies to support pathways to employment

**Qualifications**:
Your proven ability to achieve and exceed performance indicators will be complemented by your:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology with full registration with AHPRA
- Experience working within employment services highly regarded;
- Ability to work towards generating positive outcomes for clients
- Ability to provide a Police Clearance (within 6 months) and Work with Children's Check
