With a comprehensive strategic plan in place, this organisation is experiencing significant growth and is seeking the expertise of an experienced HR Generalist to join their team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the duties will include:
- Providing HR generalist support to the HR Manager and various Managers
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and inductions
- Assist Managers with performance appraisals and general HR advice
- Assist staff and Managers in interpreting the Employee Collective Agreement
- Assist with the integration of the Payroll and HR systems
- Assist with the review, development and implementation of HR and HR related policies and procedures
- Source relevant information for management to contribute to HR projects
- Assist with adhoc HR projects
This is a hands-on role and requires a high level of care, strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team. Completion of qualifications in Human Resources is required for this role.
