Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:
Working as part of an integrated client and delivery team, you'll have the chance to be part of an iconic WA closure project. This position will ensure a standardised reporting on PowerBi and tracking process to support the project.
- Build data pipeline using Power Automate workflows (or other ETL tools) to automate reporting
- Develop reporting templates and manage the end-to-end reporting processes
- Collect and analysis of progress data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis from Contractors to support timely reporting
- Develop flexible and strong reporting processes to ensure data integrity for reports produced and support changes to reporting scales.
- Facilitate continual improvement initiatives through sharing of lessons learned

- Experience working in a Senior Reporting Officer role and developing project reporting for a wide range of projects / portfolio
- Experience and working knowledge of SAP, CMS, Primavera and Power BI and data analytics software
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
- 5+ year of experience working in the mining or resources industry in Project Execution Phases
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Sound understanding of enterprise risk management (including critical control) principles and practices
