Operations Manager
The Role:
Are you someone who wants to make a real difference? As the Operations Manager for the Professional Services division (PSD) you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence within PSD. Reporting to the Executive General Manager of PSD, the Operations Manager will work closely with all senior leaders, service line leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive key financial and operational outcomes and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to the daily operational needs of the PSD leaders and colleagues- Coordinate and monitor the operational aspects of major events or projects of PSD- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures and collaborate with the broader business to ensure consistency.- Prepare and provide meaningful reports and data to Service Lines that can be used to drive Service Line financial and operational performance- Contribute to and support the development of the PSD annual strategy.- Monitor and manage the implementation of strategic initiatives with key stakeholders- Collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams on behalf of PSD, including Finance, Colleague Resources and Data & Analytics to meet common objectives and priorities
Important to your success:
- Strong Finance and Operational Management experience in a professional services environment.- Proven project management experience- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills- Outstanding knowledge of data management systems and processes including PowerBI- Experience in an insurance claims environment would be highly regarded
