**Customer Service Representative - Driver Tester**
- Service NSW Grade 5 ($79,465 - $83,512 plus Super and annual leave loading pro rata)
- Part-Time Ongoing
- Position available at our Cooma Service Centre
- This recruitment will be used to fill current vacancies and to create a Talent Pool for opportunities that arise over the next 18 months.

**About the Role**

Our Customer Service Representative - Driver Testers are responsible for facilitating a variety of customer transactions, with their primary responsibility being the evaluation of applicants for new or renewed licences to make sure they meet the required standards to be safe drivers.

Day to day, you may be required to conduct driver-license tests which includes a number of 45-minute in-car tests, provide assistance to our customers in our service centre and administrative support.

**The essential requirements for this role**:

- Possession of an unrestricted Australian driver’s licence (excluding a provisional or learners’ licence) for the preceding three years
- A satisfactory driving record
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Willingness to progress to a Class HC licence and undertake training to conduct all licence classes and Test Categories where required
- And if successful in the recruitment process, you will be required to successfully complete the relevant training course/s provided

**What will the recruitment process include?**

1. Licence Check to determine satisfactory driving record

2. Driver knowledge test - 90 questions

3. Manual Driving test (you will be required to supply a manual vehicle to complete the test in)

**Hours of work**
- Operational hours are: 9.00am - 4.00pm Monday-Friday
- Part-time 20 hours per week
- Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster to meet operational requirements.
