With our business expanding at an unexpected pace due to our continuing global expansion, we are seeking a Full-time Backoffice Associate to join our awesome Backoffice Team in our Sydney office who’s passionate about a long-term financial career in this industry.

**Duties**:

- Engagement with, and providing advice to, stakeholders with content included in a variety of product information; funding inquires; complaints, and escalate any unresolved issues
- Responding to; identifying; solving Account Manager (Sales)’ and introducing brokers’ inquiries and complaints
- Be familiar with our products and services
- Managing technical tools and platform, including the CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)
- Liaising with our front, middle and backend offices (Such as Marketing, Compliance, and Risk Teams)
- Reviewing proposals and drafting the corresponding procedures
- Data review and assessment of Client’s eligibility for certain events
- Collate and analyse statistics to review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other events

**Requirements**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably bilingual)**:

- **High attention to detail to facilitate information accuracy**:

- **Patience in conducting repetitive tasks and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when multi-tasking**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively within a team**:

- **Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded)**:

- **Previous similar experiences will be highly regarded**
