We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Full-Time Dispatch Associate in our warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, show initiative, and think quickly in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching of all orders using our systems to fulfill and ship orders
  • Picking of items for customers using our trolley system
  • Returns processing
  • Quality control (QC) of items during dispatch and returns

Requirements for this role include:

  • Eligibility for permanent work with no visa restrictions
  • Picking, packing, and processing of orders with precision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stay motivated and meet deadlines
  • Comprehensive computer skills

This is a full-time position working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with several shifts available between Monday and Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
