Power BI Analyst- Operation Support

**Pay rate**: $80-$120/Hour + Super

**Key accountabilities**
- Provide technical support and guidance for design and development of Power BI reports.
- Provide analysis and improvements to existing reporting and processes, by creating and maintaining quality management processes, documentation and procedures.
- Work as a team member, assisting to ensure that the quality of reporting delivered to clients meets or exceeds expectations as well as liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are provided to the standard required.
- This position may involve direct supervision of staff.

**Professional / Technical Skills and Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT service management would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in the development of Power BI reporting as well as data integrity processes to support the reporting suite(s).
- Experience in the administration, configuration and support of ICT reporting systems and processes.
- Proficiency with central systems such as Active Directory, management systems and access control.

**Compliance Requirements / Qualifications**
- ITIL Foundations V4 Certificate highly desirable
- A current ACT Government issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate (Baseline clearance equivalent) is required for this position, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
