**The role**:
To support managers with, and participate in, the full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities and processes. Ensuring efficient, equitable and effective recruitment systems and practices to deliver an appropriate workforce.

**Key Duties**:

- Short list applicants, conduct pre-screening and face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager, organise selection tests as requested, facilitate and oversee Assessment Centres, complete reference checks and make appointment recommendations to the hiring manager.
- Maintain all recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to proactively review and update interview guides, processes, policies and procedures.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Previous experience within a high-volume recruitment position or HR generalist position.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, methods, and programs.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate with diverse people and exercise positive stakeholder engagement skills.
