We are currently looking for a Part Time Promotional & Reporting Space Manager to join the Space Planning team at our Camberwell Support Office. We are a dynamic and skilled Space Planning team who continuously strive for improvement through customer focused, data driven solutions for our business partners. We create customer centric floorplans and planograms that are innovative and operationally efficient to optimise return on space and improve the customer experience. We work with care and passion through a collaborative, fun approach. We act now to be supportive and share ideas to reach agreement.

**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Owning and developing promotional merchandising principles, financial KPIs and ensure standards are followed in all planograms
- Ensuring promotional and off location planograms created deliver to overall API’s and Priceline strategy
- Ensure all off location assortments, documents are maintained, and floor plans updated as required
- Develop and maintain Promotional process and reporting
- Lead team to create and maintain data driven customer lead reporting that is operationally efficient
- Be responsible for the development and maintaining of all reporting across the Space Planning team
- Coach and develop team members in improved reporting
- Develop strong working relationships, support the wider Merchandise team, and key business stakeholders

**About you**:
- Previous retail management experience in the fields of space, range and merchandising with a national or global retailer
- Understands how to develop reporting utilising various data sources
- Experience working with customer and market insights is advantageous
- Experience in using large datasets, with the ability to analyse and determine performance to drive business outcomes
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities as well as strong people skills
- Proficient Excel, SAP, Power BI skills
- Proven high level of interpersonal and leadership skills
- Biased towards factual analysis to support decision making and recommendations
- Merchandising and Presentation Skills

**Education/Qualifications:
- High School Certificate (highly desirable)
- Relevant graduate / Tertiary qualifications
