12 month contract with possibility of extension - Great RDO and WFH arrangements - Immediate start Our client, in the insurance industry, is seeking a passionate and motivated Change Analyst to champion change and support project teams to lead and manage change within their teams. **Key responsibilities**: - Assist in identifying, analysing, and evaluating potential impacts of change on the business, stakeholders, and customers - Collaborate with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives - Develop and implement change management strategies and plans - Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning to ensure effective communication and buy-in - Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying potential issues and risks - Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on change management best practices - Facilitate training and coaching sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization - Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and methodologies **Key skills**: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyse complex problems and recommend effective solutions - Insurance experience would be highly regarded - Cert IV in Training and Assessment would be highly regarded - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels - Experience in change management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances If this sparks your interest please click the "Apply" the appropriate link below or reach out and connect with Katia Santin or Michael Evans.
