**Construction Manager - Residential (Pools & Landscaping)**

We are seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** to join a reputable residential construction company specialising in **swimming pools and landscaping projects**. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a skilled team and oversee the successful delivery of high-quality, bespoke residential projects.

**About the Role**:

- Manage end-to-end construction of residential swimming pool and landscaping projects
- Lead and mentor site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of proven experience in **swimming pool construction and landscaping**:

- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
