Come and discover the opportunity to join our team at our Western Sydney Service Centre, located in **Erskine Park, NSW **as a permanent **Team Member**. Working with BlueScope’s newest paint line, featuring modern equipment and automated processes throughout the facility, you’ll be working with premium COLORBOND® products. As an operator, you’ll contribute to exceeding our customers expectations by working proactively and flexibly with our operations and maintenance teams.

Working in a supportive team environment, you will perform a variety of tasks throughout shift, including operating machinery, equipment troubleshooting, plant setups and isolations with a strong focus on safety and quality. We ensure that all our employees are supported with the necessary training and equipment to complete these tasks safely. **This position works a desirable rotating 12-hour day and night shift,** (no weekends).

**What Will You Do?**

We will provide ongoing support and training for you to learn to:

- successfully contribute to a safe working environment
- review and report on the performance and condition of the equipment
- work collaboratively with cross functional teams to improve the efficiency of equipment
- collaborate with cross functional teams about plant and equipment issues
- learn to operate overhead cranes with training
