Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care to the elderly and those in need? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Team Leader to join our compassionate team in Wonthaggi/Bass Coast.

As the Home Care Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our care team, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care. Your role will involve leading and supporting a team of compassionate carers, collaborating with clients and their families, and ensuring that care plans are tailored to meet individual needs.

**About Us**:
Mark and Sylvie's Home Care is a daughter company of Atticus health. Atticus Health is a medical company run by doctors. We primarily operate medical clinics in Victoria and are passionate about offering home care to our elderly patients. We integrate our Home Care with Atticus Healthcare, hence our motto, we bring health to home care.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead a team of carers with compassion and empathy
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and dignity
- Provide hands-on care and support when needed
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture
- Collaborate with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met

**What You'll Bring**:

- Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably within a similar setting
- Proven experience in aged care or home care
- Some administration and rostering experience, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and database management
- A proactive and driven approach, with a genuine passion for making a positive impact
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Exceptional teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to show initiative and work autonomously
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the region as required

Pay: $32.85 - $33.51 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wonthaggi, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Cert IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
