**THE ROLE**

As a Sherridon Sales Consultant, you’re all about helping people into new homes by generating and managing potential sales leads. This is a full-time opportunity based in **Wonthaggi.**

Some key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Facilitate the purchase of a Sherridon Home from initial enquiry to issue of contract
- Establish sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities whilst nurturing and maintaining existing ones
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to maximise opportunities and contribute to the development of new product and promotions
- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Understand what delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse customer group entails
- Have experience in New Home Sales, Property Sales or another role where you show that you understand the Sales process
- Have experience achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
- Be flexible, adaptable and self-motivated in your approach to work
- Be able to build rapport and trust quickly and easily
- Have solid IT literacy, and be able to learn new systems
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays as required
