Our valued client is an established winery based on the outskirts of Tanunda. They are seeking an experienced administration person to join their team in Tanunda for a 6 month temp assignment.

**What the role entails**:

- Providing administrative support for the wine import team.
- Liaising with freight forwarders and transport companies to facilitate daily operations.
- Data entry duties and telephone call work.
- Maintaining and administering databases, documents and records.
- Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.

**What you can bring to the role**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills and solid Excel skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage tasks within given timeframes.
- The ability to work within a team and also autonomously.
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.

The client is happy to accommodate either part-time or full-time hours for the right person.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
