**HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?**

As the Personal Assistant to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery, you will:

- Provide high-level, confidential administrative support including diary management, correspondence, report preparation, and coordination of meetings across Angaston Hospital and Tanunda Hospital.
- Act as a key point of contact, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and external organisations.
- Manage sensitive information and documentation with discretion, professionalism, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Undertake minor research and project work as required, including establishing and maintaining systems that monitor project progress and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
