We are searching for a junior CBK-S banker who can support senior bankers’ coverage of multi-national clients, and help to further drive the growth of the business. The junior CBK-S banker will support and assist the senior bankers with their client portfolio management - client development, pitching and execution, compile case studies and responding to client requests. The role will also focus on helping to generate ideas and cross selling opportunities for new and existing clients including Credit/Lending, Cash and Liquidity Management, working capital and trade solutions (cards, supply chain finance, receivables financing), Leasing, Capital Markets, FX, and Rates.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work with senior bankers and in teams to create and deliver solutions to clients including client relationship development, pitch book preparation and handling client requests
- Maintain and report client information and coverage strategies
- Assist in deal execution and follow-up - assist in putting together internal memos, KYC process,
- Perform various statistical and financial analyses
- Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
- Produce and distribute internal documents for the team - meeting minutes, market reports, weekly pipeline reports
- Learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior corporate bankers within the group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe
- Collaborate with, and seek ongoing guidance, support & knowledge from the respective parent team, regional team as well as other senior bankers/product partners.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking or Investment Banking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges and able to work under pressure
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
- Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communications skills
- Strong knowledge of the industry/market practices/trends and subsidiary banking needs
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and manage credit and risk.
- Broad understanding of ESG issues and their importance
- Solid understanding of the core foundational products - loans, treasury & foreign exchange
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively across the matrix and establish robust internal/external networks
