Royal Freemasons has new opportunities for **Personal Care Assistants** to join their care team in the heart of** St Kilda Road, Prahran**

We are not seeking any ordinary person, we are looking for people who possess a warm demeanor, a bright smile and passion to support older people and promote their independence.

You will be responsible to work with a dedicated team of aged care professionals and provide a high standard of care and support. You will need a qualification in aged care, individual support or similar and be available at last 3 days per week. The flexibility to work across a variety of shifts and days will be highly desirable but not necessary.

**Key Requirements**
- Warm, patient and kind demeanor, reliable and punctual
- Demonstrated reliability and passion for aged care
- Aged Care Certificate, Nursing & Aged Care students please apply
- Computer and documentation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Manual Handling and safe lifting practices

**NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check)**
Royal Freemasons is a NDIS-approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must complete an NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an **International Police Check** for those that have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.

**Mandatory vaccines**

All aged care workers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and encouraged to receive the flu vaccine. All successful applicants must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
