Robert Half are proud to be working with an award-winning business based in Melbourne CBD to recruit a Payroll Compliance Officer on a 6-month contract.

Our client is an industry leader within Australia who value their staff and offer flexible/hybrid WFH conditions.

**The role**:
In this role you will play a big part in a compliance project which covers all aspects of payroll. You will be responsible for:

- Payroll compliance - across all aspects of payroll, such as: portable long service leave, payroll tax, portable redundancy schemes, income protection, superannuation
- Data analysis
- Extracting reports
- Preparing internal payment documents

**Profile**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years' experience with high volume processing environment as well as compliance experience.

Due to the nature of this role being a project/contract role, you will also need to be available on short notice.**_ _**
