Position: Switch Analyst

Location: Melbourne

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Transaction switch experience (Preferably Authentic)
- Must have knowledge on transaction life cycle
- Must know ISO8583/AS2805 msg formats, Schemes - Mastercard VISA.
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
- A good handle on production monitoring tools - for example Splunk, and able to analyse production issues as and when they are raised.
- Ability to support squad(s) in successfully delivering agile releases through to production environments by taking accountability for the system stability, quality and feature completeness.
- Experience with Java.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Writing simple and Complex SQL queries.
- Experience in working on Linux server.
- Experience in working on IntelliJ, WinSCP, Putty.
- Experience in working with ServiceNow.
- Experienced with tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
- Good to have experience in tools Udeploy.
- Incident Management and resolvance for production support.
- Strong interest and grasp of technical concepts and practices.
- Experience working hands-on within cross-functional, continuous delivery software engineering teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- End-to-end delivery and Support experience of complex system initiatives, including:
Dependency management,Change impact analysis

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $450.00 - $500.00 per day
