From identifying trends, strategising and influencing their client’s customers, customer driven data is truly the heart and centre of everything they do.

**Now, let’s talk about the gig, shall we?**

You’ll join the Data Analyst Team which specialises in helping Customology’s clients understand their customers and business through data analysis and insights, then using these insights to help develop the customer journey, automations, strategies, programs, campaigns and other solutions which will engage and influence customers throughout their lifecycle.

The aim of your game? To drive the data side of the campaign and customer journey development process from requirements, prospect segmentation and selection right through to quality control, measurement and ongoing optimisation.

For one, you will work across a portfolio of different clients of various sizes and sectors that house some of Australia’s most cherished brands - meaning access to a great array of different types of data sets (e.g. transactional, behavioural, demographic), data structures and unique challenges. This is also a role where your ideas are not only heard but expected. You will assess and provide recommendations to enhance campaign and program effectiveness, including testing processes, and inform strategic, tactical and operational decisions with real impact for clients.

**What we’re looking for in YOU?**
- Strong SQL experience (SQL Server, Redshift especially advantageous)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Data Analysis
- Solid foundation and understanding of data structures
- Experienced in either PowerBI OR Tableau
- Self-driven problem solver with the ability to swiftly switch between contexts as needed
- High level of attention to detail and a curious mindset are a must
