Exciting role for Data Migration Specialist role to work with our client. In this role you will work across data migration, training, go-live strategy and planning. You will also provide support to Project Manager.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Executing the data migration strategy and ensuring the data migration document is built and complete.
- Ensuring that all the Data migration activities align with the overall D365 implementation plan
- Looking at project timeline and resources.
- Monitoring the data mapping that is defined between AX2009 and D365 systems
- Identifying data dependencies.
- Looking at Data quality
- Ensuring that the data model in D365 supports the required business processes and reporting needs.
- Assisting with any data cleansing activities
- Assisting the testing team to ensure data accuracy and completeness after data migration.
- Providing feedback on training plans, schedules, and general training activities
- Overseeing the End User Training
- Developing a comprehensive go-live strategy, including cutover activities & rollback plans.
- Overseeing the go-live process, including the execution of cutover activities, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Providing support to Project Manager and other stakeholders
- Other duties as directed
- Proven experience working in similar role
- Experience working on data migration projects
- Experience looking at QA and testing relating to data migration activities
- Experience identifying data dependencies
- Strong skills with data cleansing
- Experience with go live and execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
