**The Role**
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Jacaranda Finance, you will play a critical role in the executive team, overseeing all financial activities and strategies. Beyond traditional financial management, you'll lead strategic planning, risk assessment, and cultivate a culture of financial excellence. Your insights will drive their mission of enhancing financial inclusion and education for mainstream Australians, guiding decisions to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Additionally, you'll spearhead budgeting and forecasting processes to provide accurate projections aligned with their business objectives while ensuring transparency and accountability through meticulous financial reporting for stakeholders.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will extend to managing capital structure, optimising cash flow, and identifying/mitigating financial risks to safeguard company performance and compliance. Your leadership will not only provide invaluable financial insights but also foster a high-performing finance team, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
