We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Development Consultant to join our Technology Strategy, Transformation, Architecture and Governance team for a 2 Year Fixed Term Salaried Contract to coordinate the roll out of Learning initiatives across the RBA’s Technology Department.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the delivery of Learning and Development programs in line with Bank needs and cultural initiative.- Provide support and guidance to People Leaders and their teams within technology on learning needs.- Source, schedule, and administer ongoing Technology training programs, classroom training and eLearning.- Identify and manage external Learning and Development programs to address Bank needs, along with managing supplier relationships and contractual obligations.- Evaluate the implementation of Learning and Development programs, track and monitor feedback.- Prepare training and services agreements for Learning and Development vendors.- Join us in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our technology teams
