Control Room Operator

CONSTANT is seeking experience Control Room Operators to join the team on a full time, permanent basis in Sydney CBD.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to start on **Monday 22nd September**.

**For this role we are paying in line with the**Level 4 Security Award.**

Responsibilities;
- Monitoring CCTV cameras & alarms, identifying incidents and escalating these accordingly to the relevant security members.
- Responding to emergencies, initiating appropriate response procedures, notifying the appropriate authorities as required, as well as directing the emergency response teams.
- Maintaining high level communication with the security team at all times
- Ensuring thorough and accurate record keeping in relation to all incidents
- Conducting investigations into security breaches and monitoring activities of interest.

To be considered for the above role you will need to be able to work across the below shifts;
**Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 20:00 & 20:00 - 06:00**

**Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00**
- Previous experience working as a Control Room Operator or Monitoring Centre Operator
- NSW Security License (1AE)
- Nationally Recognised First Aid & CPR
- NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
