We have an exciting opportunity for an **Maintenance Fitter **to join our client's food processing team at their **Lance Creek** facility.

**The Role**
As part of the Maintenance team, you will carry out;
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance activities, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Contribution of ideas and input to improved systems, procedures and maintenance
- Engage with the production team to optimise the performance of all equipment on a daily basis
- Assist in the capital projects as directed
- Prioritise urgent repairs of equipment
- Coordinate and collaborate with contractors and internal departments on reliable maintenance across site
**What you will bring with you**:
- Fitter/Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic or similar Mechanical Trade qualification
- Experience in Plant / Manufacturing environment
- Professional, strong and honest work ethic
- Self-motivated, with effective time management skills and ability to work autonomously
