**The Position**:
We are currently seeking a **Food & Beverage Supervisor** to join the Food Services team in the role of a **Part** Time** position at our premium education site, **St Johns College** in **Camperdown**.

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale. You will work across all areas of the business, residential, retail and functions.

Career progression is at the forefront of his role as there is opportunity for exposure to all elements of the business.

**Not suitable for student visa holders due to minimum hours**:
**The Person**:

- Previous supervisory and event experience
- 5 Star service Standards
- Knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety
- Previous experience managing a team
- Functions experience advantageous
- Must be RSA holder
- Excellent Time Management skills and well-rounded people skills.

**Job Overall**:
Working a variety of shifts, mainly Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm with occasional evening events you will be expected to supervise and manage your team. we are looking for a doer. Someone who isn't afraid to get in and get their hands dirty. You will be in charge of a team while on shift and are expected to get in with the team and work. Working across a number of service periods as well as functions you will be varied in your abilities and be able to work as part of a team.
