We require a hands-on Resident Manager to join our dynamic team. Experience in Apartment Hotels would be highly regarded. Accommodation onsite is included in addition to the salary on offer and includes utilities, mobile phone and Wifi.

We are looking for a hands-on Manager to complement our existing team. Our apartments are just a short walk away from Fortitude Valley's heart. You will be managing the operations of a hotel style apartment complex as well as a small number of apartment rentals working under the direction of the Property Manager.

The Resident Manager holds overall responsibility for the daily operatoins, guest service and supporting/leading the operational team including Reception, Housekeeping and Maintenence as well as attending to after hours calls when necessary.

- A high regard for guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach and strong leadership of their team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit an integral knowledge of the relationship between the property, investors, Body Corporate Committee and Manager and unit owners
- Drive the business to increase profitability
- Possess, or the ability to hold, a Restricted Letting Licence within the first 12 months of employment.

The position starts as soon as possible.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
